Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Customers are requested to inspect their order upon delivery. If a product is received in a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete condition, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with relevant details and photographs of the product and packaging.
Upon verification of the issue, PitaaraBox may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the nature of the claim and product availability.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. The refund amount will generally be credited within 7 to 10 business days, depending on the policies of the payment provider and banking institution.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
PitaaraBox reserves the right to reject refund or replacement requests that do not comply with this policy.
